Keeping up a practice after the 8 week course has finished can be really challenging. For that reason we try to put some supports in place.
Day Retreats in Bristol
Those who have done the course have the chance of both joining in with the practice day from the 8 week course and also attending the occasional half or full day of deepening mindfulness sessions. This allows you time to relax more deeply into your practice than with the shorter sessions as well as being introduced to some different practices.

We meet on a monthly basis to practise together, explore themes and support each other. Open to all who have completed the 8 week course.
